DDGC Community Get-Together on Labor Justice

This is an invitation to the DDGC virtual (Zoom) community get-together. We will meet monthly - you are welcome to attend whenever you are able. These get-togethers are designed to bring us together so we can discuss critical labor concerns in our field and what we can do together.

We seek to address the DDGC’s mission on labor per the website for clear policies that address:
  • Fair labor practices
  • Policies eradicating academic precarity
  • Mitigation of labor precarity
  • Contingentization of labor and involuntary volunteerism
  • Fair wages & well-being of fellow teachers, researchers, and learners
  • Hiring practices
  • Valuation of work
  • And any other issues important to you - we welcome your contribution to the conversation!
